This role focuses on delivering essential operational support for various financial products across different business units. You’ll be expected to maintain high service standards while assisting both internal teams and external customers. - Review potential fraud alerts flagged by fraud detection filters to safeguard customers while minimizing risks to the bank’s assets.

- Choose the most appropriate course of action to resolve each customer claim while ensuring expectations are clearly communicated.

- Conduct thorough fraud analysis by documenting all relevant research and justification for decisions made on each alert.
